Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened dad Henry. Many people recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from ups to the downs. I arrived in America with my brother and parents at the age of 1 1/2 years old. old I would not be living my life and sharing it for you were it not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. I believed that my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start with a family. The lifestyle I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned into. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck but I knew that I was destined for something more. As I began to move to a new path in life I discovered that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working with people and help them. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. Being a Asian woman in the industry, there are a few. As a coach I'm determined to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to help others become healthier and more content. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their desires and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. When my work was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my lifein the death of my Mom. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will forever remain in my thoughts and my mind. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. I truly believe that her passing gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I live my life now rather than merely living as I was in my past. I am sharing my experiences and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences so that you can know that you are not on your own, to realize that you're more than capable of whatever you put your heart into. that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal that health truly is your best source of wealth. It is my prayer that you live life to your best and never have regrets when it comes to the final hours of your life. We are the only guarantee in the world.
